Orthopaedic Lasts

Spring Line is working closely with Shoemaster to provide orthopaedic footwear manufacturers with a fast and efficient solution to their bespoke shoemaking needs.

Using the Horma 3D digitising system, Spring Line can turn physical lasts into digital data, allowing libraries of lasts to be created in the Shoemaster Orthopedie system.

Using the Shoemaster Orthopedie system, the footwear manufacturer can then modify any of these lasts to fit his own required measurements. The digital last can then be e-mailed to Spring Line where the lasts will be manufactured quickly and accurately, hinged and finished according to the required specification.


Alternatively, the shoemaker can email us a 3D scan of the foot and we will use our own last library to create a new last to match the scan.
